Havde forstået, at det var med lyd - ikke at jeg skulle læse.. vi var 2 der skulle rundt og troede det, at man skulle angive antal personer, betød at begge deltagere fik aktiviteten på hver sin tlf. Føler det var total spil at betale for 2. Faktisk ønskede jeg at købe “Stockholm : Walking tour med lydguide på din smartphone” men, den kunne jeg ikke søge frem!”

“I picked the Stockholm/Djurgården tour which was the right mix between city and nature. The bike was in good shape, and the self-checking went smoothly! Using Google Maps for navigation worked well after getting used to it (grateful I didn't need to download a new App for just that trip).”

“The kayak was good, and the experience was good once we were paddling, however the purchase through Viator included various items, including a dry bag. This can be seen in the photos. This booking detail was shown to the operator, however they refused to allow us the use of a dry bag unless we paid extra. When politely challenged on this, they were adamant that it was our problem and not theirs. This was rude and poor customer service, and with no responsibility for their own business issues, and all for a relatively small sum of money. Not a good experience, and very unnecessary”
